SEOmonitor is a SaaS start-up that created a product designed to help digital marketing agencies acquire, manage and retain more customers. We’ve created it with our SEO agency experience, which we started from scratch and became the leading SEO agency in Romania Upswing.ro.

The Customer Service team is a team of 5, out of a total of 30 passionate, dedicated, resilient and highly energetic people. We strongly believe that you get to learn and improve yourself only by doing and iterating until you obtain the best outcome.

As a Customer Service Representative at SEOmonitor you’ll be part of a team that aims to provide exceptional customer service and contributes to our high customer satisfaction.

You’ll be acting as the first line of response to customers worldwide, though our main focus is on the UK and US markets. The main communication channels with the clients will be chat (Intercom), email, online meetings (Google Hangouts, Zoom) and sometimes phone.

Besides finding the best option for solving the clients’ issues, you’ll also be acting as a brand ambassador and working closely with the dev team through bug escalation.
